| If anyone is interested there will be a group riding from mile four of the womble to the hwy 298 trail head of the ouachita trail. Meet at the hwy 298 trail head at 10 o'clock on sunday april 13 so we can shuttle to the start point. This is a fairly easy ride and only 23 miles long with about 3800 feet of climb and 4100 feet of decent. Pack a linch and come on the weather is going to be great. |

| Directions from ft smith to the meeting place. Drive down. 71 to Y city take left on hwy 270 follow to mt ida take left on hwy 27 and follow to story take right on hwy 298 and go about 12 miles to trail head on left. I have been doing trail maintenace all week so the trail is in good shape and high and dry for the most part so the riding should be awesome. |
